• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions. PeeTeeAI is not liable for any actions taken based on AI coaching suggestions.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of HabitOS AI may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented to you before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. PeeTeeAI reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeeTeeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
